NYC New York Color Show Time Glitter Eyeliner Review

I received this product in my college voxbox that influenster sent me for free. I was excited because i wanted to try a new black eyeliner. And this one actually has one of my favorite things in the world, GLITTER! I had high hopes for this eyeliner. I tried it on and it went on very smooth, it even felt like a mechanical creme eyeliner. It is also very well pigmented. My favorite thing about it is that it applies very smooth and it doesnt have a scratchy feeling that some pencil eyeliners tend to have. It especially surprised since it does have glitter. Since i am on the subject of the glitter, let me say that it had just the right amount of glitter when applied. I did like that about this NYC glitter eyeliner. That being said, i was not happy with this liner. Even though the color applied easily and smoothly, it did not last at all. The color immediately started fading away. (I was wearing primer, if you are wondering) My final take, i would not buy this liner. I personally do not recommend it. But that is just me, maybe some one out there has a different opinion, or had a different experience. Let me know what You think!

Learning a new language: For children

Hey guys! So today I am herw to share with you a new program I discovered thanks to influenster. It is called Dino Lingo. And basically it is a company the makes different materials for children to learn a new language. On youtube, there are a variety of sample videos of the languages they teach. I saw the French video. And it caught my 8year old's attention in an instant. The video was animated and taught simple words. For example, it was teaching the french term for cat, dog, one, two. But I took a look at their web page, and they also have other teching materials, like flaschards among other things. I will do some research since my daughter for some time, has been asking about learning french. By the way, there are many other languages like Spanish, German, and many more!

College vox box items

Like I mentioned in my previous post, the first free shipment I received from influenster was the college vox box. The items it contained were: (1)black gel pen by Pentel, a whole roll of tropical fruit waffers by Necco, press on nails (Impress Manicure) by Broadway Nails, (1) eyeliner in black with glitter(Show Time Eyes) by NYC., and energy strips by Sheets Energy Strips. I have had these items for about a week and have tried everything except the press on manicure nails, which I will be trying out this weekend. I will later put my review on these nails along with pictures. I will start with the gel pen. I love it! The ink is a very deep vibrant black color. And it dries pretty quick and this is good because there practically no smear off marks. It is also very comfortable to wrote with.
Now let me talk about the teopical fruit waffers from Necco. I am not too crazy about these. These have a very different texture to any other candies I have had. Its kind of chalky. Some of the waffers taste like medicine. And the green lime flavor taste what I would imagine a floor cleaning product might taste. BUT, co workers and family members and myself really enjoyed some of the other flavors. The favorite all around was the strawberry, followed by coconut, mango, banana, and passion fruit.

Now the energy strips. These dissolve in your tounge just lile the breath strips. And also have a minty taste. But they do have a not so pleasant bitter aftertaste. That being said, I do think they work. I felt active and morw awake without feeling jittery or weired. I personally would buy these if they didnt have that aftertaste.
The NYC SHOW TIME EYES eyeliner. I have a mixed review about this. I like that the color is very well pigmented and soft and easy to apply. Ot doesnt feel scratchy or rough when applying like other glittered eye pencils I have used. What I don't lile is how fast the liner smears away or rather fades away.

My first Vox Box arrived

So happy because today my very first voz box arrived. I received the College Vox Box. I have started to use the products and also have shared some of the goodies with some of my friends. I will later on post a detailed review and a video on youtube

but in the meantime here is a little peek.

Mi Pasta de Dientes Preferida por Ahora.

Asi es.... Esta pasta de dientes se ha convertido en mi preferida. Porque? Bueno solo llevo usandola un par de semanas y noto cambios positivos. No es un cambio de la noche a mañana, pero conforme la sigo usando pienso que mis dientes si se ven un poco mas blancos. Tiene un sabor diferente a las otras pastas de dientes. No es tan fuerte o intenso. Tiene uns sensacion media "calientita" mientras te lavas los dientes... lo cual no habia experimentado esa sensacion antes con otras pastas de dientes. Siento mis dientes mas limpios durante todo el dia. No siento la capa de suciedad que se acumula durante el dia por la comida etc.

En resumen, se las recomiendo! Dejenme saber que opinan y si notan cambio.

Membresia con Influenster

Hola! Bienvenidos a este blog donde les contare todo lo que tiene que ver con influenster. Para quienes no saben lo que es influenster, les explico brevemente. Este es un sito de internet donde te suscribes. Completas diferentes encuestas sobre tu vida diaria,lo que te gusta, productos que usas, etc. Tambien te dan ciertas "tareas" o "misiones" que cumplir.
